“The wild west”.

There’s a term that stirs the imagination and fires the souls of so many around the world.

The time of the “wild west, approximately from 1864 (post Civil War) to 1900 has a special fascination to millions.  It was the time of the cowboy, of lawmen and outlaws.  It was a period of national expansion and tremendous opportunity for the brave and bold.

Growing up in the midwest, in the land of Jesse James, Wyatt Earp, Wild Bill Hickock, and a whole bunch of the outlaws and heroes of western lore has given us a unique love and appreciation for all things “cowboy”.  This is the site for you if you, too, have an interest in those magical times.
